Exchange and Return Policies
Up Software Official Reseller uses cutting-edge technology to manufacture its products, prioritizing quality and customer satisfaction. Out of respect and to maintain the credibility gained with its consumers, the company has created a return policy in accordance with the Consumer Protection Code, and is concerned that you (the customer) obtain an effective, agile and, above all, satisfactory negotiation.
When carrying out the return process, the customer must inform the reason for the return and the order number through our service channels such as email contato@upsoftwares.com
*ATTENTION: Return due to Regret/Withdrawal If upon receiving the product, you decide to return it due to regret, you must do so within seven calendar days from the date of receipt. The activation will be cancelled and the refund will be made.
After cancellation, the AppMax payment platform will refund the value of the product on your credit card statement or balance in your AppMax account on the same day, if payment was made via bank slip.
NOTE: According to Art. 49. “The consumer may withdraw from the contract within 7 days from the date of signature or receipt of the product or service, whenever the contract for the supply of products and services occurs outside the commercial establishment, especially by telephone or at home.”
Furthermore, it is important to note that this is a SAAS (Software as a Service), which means that it is an intangible product, that is, it does not have a physical form. According to article 49 of the Consumer Protection Code, the consumer has the right to be released from any encumbrance related to a product or service, as long as this restores the supplier to the condition prior to the sale. However, due to the unique nature of the codes we sell, which are linked to the consumer and are generated upon payment, there is no possibility of refunding the amount paid, since we do not resell used codes.
