We, at Up Software Official Reseller , value the satisfaction of our customers and, therefore, we have a refund policy that aims to guarantee the reimbursement of amounts paid and guarantee our commitment to the customer.
In case of return, if the conditions of the Returns and Exchanges Policy , the customer will only receive the amount paid for the product (we will not refund shipping) through the same payment method used at the time of purchase.
It is important to note that for a refund to be issued, the product or service must be in perfect condition and unused, otherwise we will not be able to issue the refund.
Forms of Refund:
The refund of amounts paid will occur according to the payment method used when placing the order.
In the case of payment by credit card : The refund may occur within 15 (fifteen) business days or within 2 (two) subsequent invoices. This procedure is the responsibility of the administrator of the card used. After the refund procedure, the receipt is sent via email.
In the case of payment by Boleto Bancário or PIX : The refund will be made directly to the buyer's bank account. To do this, it will be necessary to provide refund details via email to our support team.
Note : For refunds of purchases made using Boleto or Pix, the refund will only be made directly to the buyer's account. Accounts belonging to relatives or third parties will not be accepted for customer security reasons.
