Activate Office or Windows by phone
If you are having trouble activating Office or Windows online, which can arise for a variety of reasons, you can also activate by phone. Follow the steps below to complete this process:
1. On the activation screen, select the option ' I want to activate by phone ' and choose Brazil as the country. An Installation ID will be generated.
2. Enter it in the fields below and click Submit .
3. The form will generate your Confirmation ID , simply enter it into your product to complete activation.
